Any wine enthusiast will be overjoyed at the Resort’s mountain-cellar, holding one of Greece`s widest collections with more than 1700 labels. Our cellar reaches 120m deep into the mountain and is steeped in old-world charm. Inside awaits a glimpse of Eden for wine connoisseurs and guided Tastings or Masterclasses with our expert Sommelier Team of Four are available upon request whilst Wine pairing is offered throughout all Lunch and Dinner times.

Within, we pride ourselves on treasure Greece`s grandest Wine collection, ranked amongst the Best in Europe: an astonishing 1700 new and vintage etiquettes, individually acquired over decades.
